Hello my name is Holly, I am 20 years old and started karate when I was 4. I have done karate for 15 years and I started because my mum and dad wanted me to be able to protect myself, gain confidence, discipline and have respect for others. Personally my favourite Kata is Gojushiho sho. This has aided me in becoming  a 2x British Champion in both Kata and Kumite, and winning multiple Scottish Championships, along with reaching the later stages of the European championships.

My name is Charlie and I started karate at the age of 4. I started alongside my brother. I have been training for the past 12 years and really enjoy my time at karate. Karate has given me confidence and instilled discipline into all aspects of my life. My favourite part of karate is kumite.
